A.I.

This movie's theme is whether robot can be human being's emotional supporter.
At first robot was made only for playing a part to do something , which human being can't do or have to do. By using robot, human are let out from hard labor and enjoy their life comfortably. However in this movie human being tried to use robots to take care of humans hurted emotions.

Humans are selfish. When Henry and Monica wanted to have their child, they loved David. But once their real child came back from vegetable child to normal child, they thought to throw away David to somewhere, even if David did bad thing to their real child. If David were true child of them, they must not have done it. Human being is caprice, but robot is faithful at any time.
These point are much different.

This story got a hint by fairy tale " Adventures Pinocchio" The story which a boy Pinocchio made by wood wanted to become human being are very similar to A.I.

I thought there are some discrepancy. One of them is the scene David was broken by eating food . On the other hand he did not break when he sank under the water in the pool.
